I saw the original file in "Projects" and liked it very much so I made a few modifications to the design and made it for my front door.

I used one piece of 24 X 12 birch plywood in two cutting sessions so I could move the placement of the board in the laser. The first cut took 6 minutes and the second cut took 9 minutes.

I cut the word “Welcome” in reverse and left both sides of the protective film on the acrylic. This helps keep the laser residue off of the acrylic and it is easy to get the protective layer off of the side that will be facing up.
Step 3: Paint, Glue and add door hanger

Paint and add clear coat if it will be outside, glue (Starbond thick) and add ribbon for hanging. This was a fun project I would like to thank the original designer!
