Uploaded the file in XCS, chose which version I wanted and made sure the cut lines were set to cut and to the perimeters I wanted for my machine. The parts of the file I didn't want I made sure the output was greyed out so it would not try to run those pieces. Ran the first part of the file and cut out the hearts and the top layer of the project.

Ran this back portion of the file and engraved the verbage and cut out the out side. Again make sure the file that are being used to highlight the output and the ones that are not being used make sure it output is not highlighted.

Moved all the files in the project off the work area and moved the stand portion to the work area and made sure they were set to cut. Ran project and got the stand cut out. After all the parts are cut out I laid them out and made sure they were the correct size and looked correct before I stained the top layer and the stand and assembly.
Step 4: Stained project and assembled

Stained the base and the top layer. Glued the stand together and the top layer to the bottom layer. then assembled. I use loctite clear glue.
