With the original Xtool file of the rose, it was broken into pieces so each piece could be cut out along with a back ground of the same shape. This file was doubled to provide the ability to cut out from all red and all white. creating 2 complete roses with opposite colors as inlays.

With both pre-painted colored wood sheets the shapes were cut out and mixed with the other color to give the opposite look to each of them. Inlays fit exactly into place for this project.
