First I drew a circle. For a perfect circle when drawing it hold the Shift key at the same time and you will get a perfect circle.

Once I had the circle created, I added lines to give it the crate look. To add the line, use the line tool and to make a straight line again use the Shift key

Next I created my wording (home sweet home). I then changed the font to About Love Font. (If you do not have this you can download it from 1001fonts.com or you can use any font you like). I like this font and Magnolia because it is great to be able to merge it together and easy to cut as one piece.

You can adjust the size of the font depending on the size of your piece. Once you have the size you want, you can move the words so they are touching to be able to weld them together.

I then just selected some flowers I had in my library and added them to the circle. Place the wording into the circle so you know where to place the flowers. You can also choose to cut out flowers and glue then in. I just engraved them onto the piece.

Now everything should be set to send to the laser.

I had a piece of wood I had already stained walnut and used this. Once I cut out the words, I painted it white.

You can do it all at one time or turn off the output on the line you do not want to cut or engrave.

Just remember to remove the text from the circle after you decide where it will fit and cut this separately.

To top it off, I used Rust-Oleum Triple Glaze to give it that nice sheen after the words were glued to the piece.
