You need to place the screen frame face down. This allows the laser to be at the right distance to engrave. Otherwise, it would hit the frame as it moved. Since it is face down, you need to remember to mirror the image. This was a small logo, soI placed it in the top right corner so I can use the screen for other prints. 

Next you need to attach the screen frame to the screen printing base. Make sure to clean the screen of any loose debris after engraving. I used an air chuck from my air compressor.

Place koozie on board where you think you want it. Lower the screen. You can see through the screen enough to choose your placement. I placed stickers on two sides of the koozie, so it was easier to place the rest of them as I went.

Place enough ink above the print to cover the whole print. I found it was better to use too much than too little. All the excess was easily picked by the squeegee while dragging. After dragging the first time, I put the excess above the print again and dragged across it again. I have seen people drag in multiple directions, but I was able to get perfect coverage only dragging down. 

Once you have dragged the ink twice, you should be ready to lift the screen to see your koozie. You can repeat this with the rest of your koozies. I placed the next one quickly by using the stickers placed earlier. It only took about one minute per koozie once I got the hang of it. I was easily able to do 12 koozies without any issues.

After you are done, clean the screen. I took a garden hose to the screen with a pretty aggressive stream to clean the screen. I also used a soft-bristled took brush to get some of the areas clean. I hung the screen to dry, so it can be used again.
