A point of radius gauge is a precision measuring tool used to check the radius of curved surfaces, ensuring accuracy in machining, metalworking, and woodworking. These gauges help in verifying concave and convex radii, making them essential for quality control and design precision. Features & Benefits: ā Accurate Measurements ā Precisely measures inner and outer radii for professional results. ā Easy to Use ā Clearly marked sizes for quick and efficient checking. ā Versatile Application ā Ideal for machinists, woodworkers, and engineers. ā Compact & Portable ā Lightweight design makes it easy to carry and store. Perfect for workshops, factories, and personal projects where precision matters! šÆ
cut out all the parts. takes 1 full sheet for the gauges. and ½ sheet for the box(pic is of the test cuts for sizing for adjustments before final piece)
using a small paint brush, add wood glue to every tab on all 5 pieces on the side that has words. then put all sides to the box together. can add tape to hold it but the tabs will hold just fine. let sit for a minimum of 30min before placing the gauges inside.

making sure the radius gauges scoring is on the outside so flip it upsidown and add glue to all tabs facing up.
How to Use a Radii Gauge:
š¹ Select the Right Gauge Size ā Choose the gauge blade that closely matches the curve you need to measure.
š¹ Place the Gauge on the Surface ā Position the gauge against the curved edge of the object to check the fit.
š¹ Check for Gaps or Misalignment ā If there are gaps, try a different size to find the closest match.
š¹ Use in Lighted Conditions ā Ensure proper lighting for accurate readings, especially when working with fine measurements.
š¹ Verify Measurements ā For professional accuracy, compare gauge readings with other measuring tools like calipers.
š¹ Keep the Gauge Clean ā Regularly clean the gauge to prevent dust or debris from affecting accuracy.
A radii gauge is an essential tool for machinists, engineers, woodworkers, and quality control professionals who need precise radius measurements for their projects. ā
