This is an exercise board on which you can place an exercise sheet (cardboard or laminated). Students answer a question by moving the correct button from the bottom to the location of the question. When all the questions are asked, the sheet is turned over and the student sees if the colors of the buttons match.
First, engrave and cut all the wood pieces.
Do not glue them yet !
You'll have to print 2x button1.stl in 5 different colors (except white) and 10x button2.stl in any color you want.
Usually, the colors are red, yellow, blue, orange and green.
To make this step less time consuming, you can use a 1mm nozzle. No need to have a high quality print. No need to use supports.
Put wood glue on the back of the inner part and place it on the front of the back part.
Avoid putting too much glue.
Make sure to align correctly the sides of both parts.
Make sure that the glue is dry before this step.
Place the 10 pieces button2.stl inside the inner part like as you see on the picture.
Do not glue them : they'll have to be able to move.
Put glue on the front of the inner part and place de front part on the top.
Be careful, the front part is bigger than the inner part, that's why you should not put the glue ont the front part.
Put a drop of cyanoacrylate glue inside the hole of the buttons caps (button1.stl) and glue them on each buttons2.stl parts.
With a 3D pen, make a white round on 1 button of each color.
You can also print 5x rond.stl with white PLA with your 3D printer and fix it with cyanoacrylate glue.
Edit the file modele_fiche_autocorrective.pub to make exercise for your pupils.
Cut all around.
Fold on the dotted line.
Laminate the exercice sheet with the fold (see pictures).
Cut the plastic sheet around the exercice sheet.
