Summary
This is how I make enamel pin style badges. This year I am making them to give to my family as they finish their orienteering easter egg hunt.

Material used

I use either typical 3mm pine plywood from Bunnings (I use a rotary saw to cut pieces that fit nicely into my M1) or jumbo paddle pop sticks if I want the wood to be a bit thinner. I colour my badges with poska pens, and then glue badge backings from amazon (very cheap for lots) with super glue.
