Summary
As a felt artist, I was looking for something to use to attach my felt flowers to. I am playing with these banners for a while, and thought I'll share my steps, how to make it. You can customize it as you wish - no need to add the flower accent on it, since it's already cute enough :)

Material used
Everything can be cut from one piece of wood sheet (A/4 / letter size).
You'll need wood glue and some acrylic paint, if you want to stay with my design. Will need some string to hang.
Felt flowers are not necessary. :)
