To improve engraving precision and workflow efficiency, I created a laser-cut centering jig for 15×15 cm | 5.9"x5.9" tiles and acrylic panels. It allows quick, accurate placement using 2 or 4 corner brackets. Settings are for 3mm acrylic sheet.

Material used

3mm Frosted Black Acrylic

Material used: 3 mm black cast acrylic (glossy finish). Compatible materials: plywood, MDF, acrylic, or any rigid sheet material. Mounting hardware: 3× M4 screws per bracket (at least 2 recommended, 3 for optimal hold). Settings are for 3mm acrylic sheet.
