Material used
Lettering is 3mm basswood painted white.
Paint basswood and apply 3M tape to back prior to cutting.
I also mask the front of the painted basswood before cutting to reduce charring on the letters.
Sign is chalkboard (the one with the whiteboard on the back) from Home Depot.
