Information
LED Light Bases make great Night Lights using clear or translucent acrylic. The light bases can be plugged into USB power adaptors to provide a cheap way to entertain and comfort the little ones. Give it a go.

Remove the paper covering on the top of the acrylic, leave it on the back.
I like to wipe the acrylic with a damp cloth after engraving and then do the cutting.
Just my preference but not necessary.
Just check the width of the slot in the top of your light base to make sure it can fit the 7cm tab on the bottom of the cut-out. If not then you will have to edit the nodes to make it smaller. I have purchased a number of different light bases and 7cm (2.8in) seems to be standard.
