Summary

I wanted to test my 40W S1 with fine detail by designing a fun beach inspired ornament for friends who frequently visit the beach community where I live. I designed an SVG in a program I am more familiar with(Silhouette Studio Business edition) grouped the name for engraving and then the remainder of design grouped in a different color to be exported as SVG. When I pulled it into XCS it was then in 2 layers which I cut at 100/6/1 and engraved at 80/100/1. The little bit of flare char on first 8 letters are because I forgot to turn on my air assist as I was so intent on watching the machine go🤦🏻‍♀️! But as you can see the 40W did well at fine detail!
