Summary

This hanger is made from 5mm  and all parts are glued together with PVA glue.  All parts can fit on a single  256mm x 380mm size of plywood and be worked by an M1 laser all in one session.  

I had the material set to 3mm walnut plywood in the pre-sets but I used 5mm red oak plywood.  Material thickness was manually selected at 5mm. Air Assist was up full blast.  I was able to cut through in one pass.

This was measured and made for a full sized Yamaha FGX800C acoustic guitar.  But it should work for most guitar necks I believe.
