Summary

The Labrador Wall Hanger is approximately 6" in diameter. I use two 3 mm 12x12 pieces of basswood to complete this project. Once sheet is cut before painting and the second sheet is sprayed painted white in the area I need to cut. For best results I let the paint dry on the wood for at least 12 hours before engraving or cutting. Once my pieces are all cut I will spray paint the rest of the pieces to the desired colors. I wait 6-12 hours before gluing the pieces together.  Once I glue the pieces together I will use clamps for better adhesion. After the glue is dry I place my logo sticker on the back of the piece. Then I spray the front and back of the piece with a clear coat for added protection.
