    85mm x 50mm x 5mm peace of aluminum cut from a 6 meter long aluminum peace sourced from a local metal shop - cost around 30$ for the whole 6 meter long peace. I've cut this with a circular saw with disk for aluminum. You can also get aluminum welding coupons which will be pre-cut on similar size.
