Summary

I took a 2-inch slab of cotton wood and sliced it to 1 inch, planed it and then etched in a picture of my friend's houseboat that I edited in Photoshop. I then coated it with UV stable urethane since the cabinet door is exterior and covers the space for his griddle. I also cut out a piece of black acrylic with my D1 pro 40 watt and etched in a design to go on the backside of the cabinet door so that when he opens the door you see the sign.
