Hi there, 

Here is a simple state wine cork holder project. The actual size of the cork holder is for a cork which has size of 38mm x 20mm. 
You can simply edit the cork holder size in the project as well you can change the state outline on your own. 

Please don't resize the whole project if you want to make bigger one just resize the state outline vector for the size as you wish then align the screw holes as you want to be ( or resize them to the size you need ) and then in the project is a vector called "cork holder default" you can just fill the remaining space inside the state by using a grid array function so you don't need to manually copy paste the cork holder and manually align them just keep in mind to leave enough space between the cork holders ( I have for a row and column value 10 ).
