  • Summary

For school robotics teams developing projects and people interested in these subjects; I produced a two-layered Rover that provides convenience in electronic hardware, is easy to manufacture, durable, and has a nice appearance. Now I tell some futures about this car. I made a special system that holds the engine parts for fixing the engines in the vehicle I designed. This system adapts to most 12v 1000-6000Rpm engines. It can also reach speeds of 30km/h and even above, depending on the engine installed from the compatible engines. I think it is more appropriate to use a 12V 25mm 1360 RPM motor. With this motor, you will be able to reach a speed of around 15km/h. As a wheel, I made a design suitable for the Mechanum wheel. Thanks to this, it will be able to turn in any direction as it wants without a steering mechanism and move in any plane as it wants. There is a very large space inside. In this space, you can fit 3 different cards such as Rpi, pixhawk and ardunio uno, as well as a driver card, one or more batteries and many more things. At the front of the design there is a compatible area for rpicam and you can easily adjust the design to be compatible with most lenses you want to use. The 2nd floor of the vehicle is easily attachable and detachable. There is a specific area between the first and second floor that facilitates the connection. The roof of the vehicle is wide enough to accommodate all kinds of gps, even Here3 gps. The underside of the vehicle is designed to facilitate Rgb strip led connection. It is also suitable for drawing and writing on all surfaces of the vehicle. I worked hard for this vehicle, I hope you like it.

    3mm MDF Board
I chose MDF as the material because it is cheap, robust and easy to process. Also after gluing certain parts, most parts can be used as plug-in and plug-out.
