    3mm Birch Plywood
    2mm black acrylic
    For the outer part i used 3mm birch plywood, for the puzzle pieces i used 2mm black acrylic. If your laser is able to cut other materials (e.g. other coloured acrylics) you could definitely have the puzzle pieces cut in someones favorite colour!
