This design is intended to be used with 3mm material, you can choose any kind of wood or acrylic to suit your brand ascetic.

I used glossy orange acrylic to contrast the black business cards.

I used the settings listed above to cut with my 5w xTool D1 Pro but these will need to be adjusted for use with other lasers.

The assembly process is very simple with the 3 parts simply slotting together. I used the kerf offset feature set to 0.12 on my first attemp to get a tight fit but this could have been set slightly higher as I still had to glue the parts to add extra strength. A kerf setting of 0.15 resulted in a even tighter fit.
