This is a large 16" x 36" bar sign, this was completed with the extension kit. Wood was 1/4" or 6.3mm birch plywood.

3mm Basswood Plywood
1/4" or 6.3mm Birch plywood. stained backing with ebony stain top layer of lettering was plain birch clear coated. This wood can be purchased at any local hardware store.
