Well, sooner or later someone was going to find a use for them....here's MY idea.  Tea light decorations from empty TP rolls AND I'm pretty sure you can use wrapping paper tubes as well.  The trick is to find somewhat thin tubes.  It took quite a bit of trial and error and a few fires so be very careful and always stay vigilant while testing this project.

I can't emphasize this enough, the settings provided worked for the rolls I had.. There are many styles and thickness of TP rolls. Always test a small section first and watch over your machine during the process. As you can see in my photos, there were quite a few tests that fired up on me.
