This is a business card JIG that is made using a single piece of wood without any glue. However, the only drawback is that it takes around an hour and a half to make it, using an S1 40-watt machine.

Step 1: Design

This design uses only one piece of wood, but please be careful as it requires a long engraving time. Therefore, plan accordingly. Although I have made other Jigs using two pieces of wood, I found that the business cards would often get wedged between them. This design, on the other hand, uses engraving to create a small hole where the card can sit securely.

Step 2: Material

You should only use wood that you understand well.

IMPORTANT:

When using a laser, it is important to ensure that you are using the appropriate settings and taking necessary precautions. Watch this cut the whole way, though, as it is a high-power engrave. Always err on the side of caution and prioritize safety. Remember to wear laser-safe glasses throughout the operation. Be vigilant and exercise caution at all times.

Step 4: You're Done

You are done with your jig, good job
