I really wanted to use my crafting foam to create embellishments for greeting cards so I tried it and turned the first results into a magnet.
As this was more an experiment to get the right Settings I thought why not share for others as well. I used these on the M1 and tried my way up.
I stared by 10 power and 10 speed and didn't worked. So please try with a little bit and get your right settings.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
Read or get information what foam you have as some ingredients are VERY HARMFUL like Chloroprene!
Of course the first try didn’t go through ao here are the first results that were perfect. Also guessing some engraving settings worked very good.
I addes some doublesided tape to stick the magnet to the foam, I wanted to use some hot gun glue bit haven’t found mine… ops :D
Only thing is left is to add the magnet to a fridge or your magnetic bar. I hope this might help you to do some fun things with craft foam. Please again make sure the ingredients are not bad for your health or your machine! ~Anzy
