I wanted to see how small I could go with the P2 and I made these cute little bunny earrings. Each one is so teeny!

Step 1: Pick a bunny and trace
Pick an image of a bunny. One without feet seems to work well for the chains so the rounded bottom can swing easily.
Trace your bunny in XCS or use the vector tool to outline it. This one is pretty simple so I used the trace function and then tweaked it a bit in the vector edit tool. After you trace it move the image to the side so you can see how it turned out and if it needs any adjusting. Once you're happy with it you can delete the original image.
Step 2: Add the Ear and Tail Holes and Decide Layout
First, we need to decide your style. I decided to do a chain with all itty bitty bunnies but I think it would also be very cute to make the bottom one larger (variation in pictures for this step).
Another variation that would be good is adding a larger hole to the bottom one so that a puff ball can be stuck in and glued in there. Then it would have a fluffy tail from both the front or back side of the earring. If you do this one then make the hole tighter than the ball so it sticks really good and then the glue is just helping it to stay.
Once you decide on the hole size we'll need to add the holes to the top and bottom. 1.5mm is a good size for jump rings so I put one in the ear and one at the bottom. If you are doing the tail the bottom one will need to be bigger or, if you are not doing a tail, you can also exclude the hole from the bottom bunny like I did. Both will work great!
Step 3: Making the Earrings w/Possible Variations
Add a little jump ring to each bunny at the top and bottom. Then add a jump ring in between each bunny to connect them.
Alternatively, you can use one large jump ring to go through both bunnies at once instead of using 3 little ones.
I suggest varying the color order for a little extra interest. Add a hook to the top of each and they are done!
Look how little they are compared to a penny! (bonus project, this penny was done on the F1 with IR 100 power/2 speed/2 passes)
