I chose to use double sided tape for this project. My favorite is 3M 300LSE. I applied the tape and mask to the back of my acrylic sheets and cut them out using 70 power, 12 speed, 1 pass.

I have attached a file - change “Name” to whatever name and font you would like prior to cutting out your project. The stitches should be red, the background should be white (or neon yellow if you are making a softball) And the name should be black, or whatever darker color of your choosing.

Step 2: Optional: Cut a template

Cut the ball and stitches out as one file - use whatever scrap acrylic you have. If you watch the video, you can see how I use this template to place the stitches in the right position.

Step 3: Assemble

Remove the backing from the tape and press your pieces in place. Enjoy your baseball bag tag! The loop I'm using is a metal luggage tag wire loop.
