Copy the image and mirror the copied image. Now you have two birds facing each other.
Step 2: Outline
Place the birds close together and click on outline and set it to 1.
Insert a circle and make it small, so that it fits in between the birds heads.
Move the bird images a side and attach the circle to the outer line, by clicking unite.
The circle is now attached to the outer line. Insert another small circle and place it in right under the attached circle.
Set the cut setting and place the birds back into the cut line. Set the engrave setting and hoover over the whole image and cutline and group it, so it can't move.
Step 3: The Heart

Click on shape and insert the heart. Make it the size you want.
Insert a circle and attach it to the top middle of the heart. Let it overlap a tiny bit, then click unite, The circle is now attached to the heart.
Insert another heart and make it a little smaller then the outer heart.
Insert a circle and place it in the middle, between the outer heart and inner heart.
Stretch it out a little bit, so it's longer then wider.
Hoover over the whole image/hearts and click unite.
Set the cut settings.

Cut out the heart and the love birds.
Color the birds lines with any color you see fit.
Attach hoop rings to the hole on top of the birds and attach a hoop ring to the hole in the heart.
Attach another hoop ring in the same hole of the heart on the top and use a string, so it can hang.
Insert the image and remove the back ground.
