Step 1: Use of Xart Created Image
Step 1) For this project an image was created with the use of Xart, A lady within a heart was asked and this was the image received. This image was entered into the canvas.
Step 2: Masking The Image
Step 2) In this step a heart is entered into the canvas from the shapes list. This heart is resized to a larger lay out. Once the size was decided the masking feature was used with the Xart image to create a heart shaped image.

Step 3) Now that the image is masked and is in a heart shape it is not only inverted but also reversed so it will engrave opposite of what it looks like on the painted (red) acrylic.
Step 4: Engraving and Painting

Step 4) Once the engraving was finished a simple wipe with alcohol to clean the engraved area. Once this was done a spray of white paint over the engraving brought the 2 tone of red and white to life from the front view. This makes for a special art piece that can be given to someone special.
