Ich wollte einige Holzklammern gravieren, habe jedoch schnell festgestellt, dass es sehr aufwändig ist diese akkurat im Laser zu platzieren sowie entsprechend im Creative Space auszurichten.
Also wollte ich mir eine Vorlage für die Holzklammern erstellen, um so die Holzklammern mit dem gleichen Abstand im Laser zu verteilen und mit der Vorlage kann man entsprechend auch die Designs vorbereiten.

Step 1: Design the Jig
Ich habe die Holzklammern ausgemessen und im Creative Space mit den Formen ein Rechteck eingefügt.
Die Größe habe ich entsprechend angepasst. (Man kann die Vorlage auch +1mm anlegen, um etwas Spielraum zu haben)
In der Vorlage habe ich 4 Rechtecke eingefügt, die Vorlage kann aber entsprechend geändert werden, um z.B. 10 Holzklammern gleichzeitig zu lasern.

Hierzu wird das Material auf den Prismen im Laser platziert.
Anschließend wird das Material “Basswood 3mm” im Creative Space ausgewählt und die entsprechende Dicke automatisch ermittelt.
Die notwenigen Einstellungen für das Schneiden wird automatisch ermittelt, die Parameter können aber manuell geändert werden.
(Kleiner Tipp: Solltest du das erste Mal mit dem Material arbeiten, solltest du ein Material Test vorab durchführen)
Zum Schluss starten wir den Laservorgang.

Die Designs für die Holzklammern könnt ihr entsprechend der Vorlage positionieren, da die Vorlage den entsprechenden Abstand vorgibt.
Wichtig: Vorlage für das Jig muss vor dem lasern ausgeblendet werden.
