Step 1: Decide which size frame is right for your photo
This file includes designs for 6x4 inch and 7x5 inch photos but you can scale this design to fit any size photographs. Just note that most xTool lasers can't cut clear acrylic so you will need to purchase acrylic sheets in the correct size for your frame.
Step 2: Choose your stand
I have included 2 different files for stands so you can choose your favourite. Both of these stands should be made from 4mm materiel.
The first one is a plate stand type design that is cut out in 4 parts and simply slots together.
The second is a living hinge design that will need to be glued to the back of your frame.

Now that you have decided which size frame you need and your favourite stand design it's time to cut out the parts.
I cut the back and stand from 4mm thick MDF as this is strong enough, cheap, and will not be seen when the frame is in use.
The front of my frame is made from 3mm caramel bamboo but you could use any kind of wood or veneered MDF.
Once you have all of the parts made you will need some wood glue or strong super glue to stick the front and back parts of the frame together.
