This simple card holder is made from 3 pieces that slot and glue together. I used 3mm orange acrylic to stand out and contrast with the black metal business cards.

I used glossy orange acrylic to contrast the black business cards.

I used the settings listed above to cut with my 5w xTool D1 Pro but these will need to be adjusted for use with other lasers.

Step 3: assemble

The assembly process is very simple with the 3 parts simply slotting together. I used the kerf offset feature set to 0.12 on my first attemp to get a tight fit but this could have been set slightly higher as I still had to glue the parts to add extra strength. A kerf setting of 0.15 resulted in a even tighter fit.
