PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
Read or get information what foam you have as some ingredients are VERY HARMFUL like Chloroprene! This should not listed with you foam to continue with this project!
It's not only bad for you but also for your laser machine!
Step 2: File usage
My file ist for XCS 2.0, so if you want in this are two versions of the stamp design for happy mail included.
Make sure to only engrave the first bits onto the foam and create the handle next to it out of wood or other sturdier material.
I also included offside the workarea the original so you could change it to the way you like. Please mirror design when creating a new version.

Step 5: Having fun stamping
This is a great way to create quickly new stamps that are inexpensive. These might not last as long when using xTool Stamp Material due to the foam but when cleaning after every use this might last for a good year (I mean it depends on how often your gonna use it).
