This Copyright Statement applies to all design files ("Works") uploaded by Users ("Creators") on The DesignFind Site, including the Free Assets and the Prime Assets.
In this digital age, protecting creativity is more important than ever. So please read this Copyright Statement carefully before uploading, downloading, or using any Works.
 
Obligation of Creators
  1. Creator is responsible for ensuring that all Works uploaded are free of existing or potential infringement dispute, and Creator owns or has the authority to license the Works.
  2. Creator has read and fully understands the Terms of License.
 
Terms of License
For Free Assets, the Creator grants other Users("Reusers") an irrevocable, nonexclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide copyright license to use unlimited copies of the Works, subject to the following Terms of License selected by the User and posted besides each Work:
  1. Standard Digital File License: Reuser may access, download, use, reproduce, print the Work for personal and noncommercial use only. Reuser has no right to adapt, modify, edit, or create derivative works of the Work in any format or manner. Reuser shall not share, sub-license, sell, rent, transfer, distribute, redistribute, promote, market, advertise the Work, its derivative work, any object printed with the Work or itsderivative work, or publish, republish, post, upload, host such Work, derivative work or object on other digital platforms, web stores or cloud repositories, for commercial purposes and/or gaining profits.
  2. Creative Commons licenses:
  • CC BY 4.0: This license enables Reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the Work in any medium or format, so long as attribution is given to the Creator. The license allows for commercial use.
  • CC BY-SA 4.0: This license enables Reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the Work in any medium or format, so long as attribution is given to the Creator. The license allows for commercial use. If Reuser remix, adapt, or build upon the User Contribution, Reuser must license the modified Work under identical terms.
  • CC BY-NC 4.0: This license enables Reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the Work in any medium or format for noncommercial purposes only, and only so long as attribution is given to the Creator.
  • CC BY-NC-SA 4.0: This license enables Reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the Work in any medium or format for noncommercial purposes only, and only so long as attribution is given to the Creator. If you remix, adapt, or build upon the material, you must license the modified Work under identical terms.
  • CC BY-ND 4.0: This license enables Reusers to copy and distribute the Work in any medium or format in unadapted form only, and only so long as attribution is given to the creator. The license allows for commercial use.
  • CC BY-NC-ND 4.0: This license enables Reusers to copy and distribute the material in any medium or format in unadapted form only, for noncommercial purposes only, and only so long as attribution is given to the creator.
  • CC0 1.0: This license enables Reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format, with no conditions. The Creator waives all copyright and related or neighboring rights together with all associated claims and causes of action with respect to the Work to the extent possible under the law.
 
For Prime Assets, the Creator represents and warrants that the Work is the Creator's original design. Creator grants Users who purchased the Work ("Purchasing Users") an irrevocable, nonexclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide copyright license to use unlimited copies of the Works for personal and commercial use. Purchasing Users may access, download, use, produce, reproduce, and print the Work on objects for sharing, selling, renting, promoting, advertising, commercializing, marketing, distributing, transferring the finished objects. For avoidance of doubt, Creator's grant of license does not include Purchasing Users' rights to modify the integrity of the Work without prior permission, or to resell or redistribute the Work or derivative works of the Work in any form as a stand-alone file (meaning just the design file itself, separate from the object or end use).
 
Restricted Use
No matter which type of license is granted, the licensed User is restricted from the following uses:
  1. Unlawful Use. Licensed Users may not use the Works in a pornographic, defamatory or other unlawful manner, to promote violence or hatred, or in violation of any applicable laws, regulations or industry codes.
  2. Use in Trademark or Logo. Unless otherwise permitted by the Creator, licensed Users may not use the Works (in whole or in part) as the distinctive or distinguishing feature of a trademark, design mark, tradename, business name, service mark or logo. Additionally, licensed Users shall not be entitled to register (in any jurisdiction) such Work (in whole or in part) as a trademark or rely on any such registrations, prior use, and/or accrued goodwill to prevent any third party use of the Work or any similar content.

DesignFind is not able to mediate copyright disputes. When we receive any notice of alleged copyright infringement, we will take action pursuant to our DesignFind Terms. However, it is left with the parties in dispute to seek legal assistance in a timely manner and have the dispute resolved through legal means.
